So this topic has been floating around and I have had some people ask me whether or not you can actually manifest your desire in 3 days.
The answer?
Yes. Absolutely. You can manifest anything in 3 days.
And this can be anything you want from a text from your SP, a surprise cash deposit, or getting accepted into your dream school,,,,literally anything. All you need is to follow the steps I’m about to share and STICK to them without wavering.

What Do You Want to Manifest?
Pick one thing.
Yes, just one.
Don’t try to manifest 20 different things at the same time. You need to FOCUS.
It can be whatever,,,,,it really does not matter
- A specific person texting you
- Getting picked for something/ winning a contest etc
- Unexpected money
- Literally anything
Got it? Perfect.
Step 1: Create 2-4 Affirmations That Imply It’s Already Done
Affirmations = inner thoughts = inner conversations = your new story.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE remember that affirmations are thoughts,,,,,,your thoughts are affirmations.
And you want these affirmations to feel natural to the way you think and directly state you already have what you want. You don’t need to believe them at first. You wont even believe it until you see it fully manifest in the 3d
Just say it anyway!!!
Other examples of affirmations for different desires
If you want to manifest money
- I always have more than enough money.
- Money comes to me easily/ money loves me.
- I just received unexpected money out of the blue.
If it’s a job
- I love my new job.
- I am literally always getting job offers everyday.
- I am working my dream job.
Say your affirmations in your head,,,,,,not out loud ( you can say them out loud when your alone) but its better to say them in your mind since you can do this literally anywhere at any time..

This is where most people mess up.
You start affirming for a day, then spiral when they don’t see instant results.
But here’s the thing, your job isn’t to check the 3D and panic. Your job is to PERSIST. Meaning even when you notice your manifestation has not happened yet, you affirm that it already has!
You in your mind say it is working. My affirmations are working. I always get my manifestations.
You repeat your affirmations.
You don’t go back and forth between hoping it works and getting discouraged when you dont see movement. NO you stand firm and repeat your affirmations in your mind.
It does not matter if you feel afraid / upset or sad,,,,,,,in your mind you repeat your affirmation.
If you don’t see any movement after day 1 or day 2 it doesn’t matter because the 3d is not controlling you, you are the one in control through your affirmations.
Avoid Doom Scrolling, Especially Right After Waking Up and Before Be
Your mind is the most programmable right after you wake up and right before you sleep. This simply means that you can say your affirmations more easily without opposing thoughts popping up.
So if you’re waking up and immediately going into TikTok or Instagram you are letting your mind spiral into other people’s energy, noise, and stories. And even worse you might see something that will trigger you and make you starting thinking / affirming the opposite of your desire.
Instead
👉 Right after waking up, affirm.
👉 Right before bed, affirm.
👉 In between, live your life while persisting mentally in your new story.
Social media is fun, I get it but for the next 3 days, try limiting it. Or better yet, replace your scrolling habit with repetition of your affirmations.
And always remember that manifestation does not work by “hoping or feeling” then checking the 3d and then getting triggered or upset.

Manifesting is about living your new desired end in your mind fully even when you can not see anything happening in the 3d and persisting that new story in your mind and your 3d will have to confirm your new story no matter what.
You affirm and persist in your affirmations first then seeing results follows.
⏱️ How Long Should You Affirm Each Day?
This is a question I get all the time “How long should I be affirming for?”
And honestly? You don’t need to affirm all day (unless you want to). But consistency does matter.
Here’s what I recommend
👉 At least 10 minutes in the morning (right after waking up)
👉 At least 10 minutes before bed (right before sleeping)
During the day, especially while doing mindless or habitual tasks (washing dishes, walking, doing your skincare routine, commuting, etc.), just repeat your affirmations robotically in your mind.
This is what I mean when I say “robotic affirming” no emotions, no effort to believe, no stressing if you’re doing it right. Just say the thing. Over and over.
And if you have a really busy routine?
Just do the morning and night sessions.
Also this is why I said earlier to limit or avoid social media, especially after waking up and before bed. But also generally during the day.
So instead of doom scrolling, affirm.
Instead of checking if your SP posted a story — affirm.
Instead of watching TikTok drama — affirm.
💭 What If Nothing Happens After 3 Days?
So let’s say you’ve been affirming consistently for 3 days straight and… crickets. Nothing’s changed yet. What do you do?
Simple: You keep going. Just like I did here >>> How I Manifested My Sp After 5 Years of No Contact
Don’t spiral. Don’t assume it’s not working.
You just continue affirming and persisting.
Remember: time is not your enemy. Your job is not to track the days your job is to live in the end mentally, as if your desire is already yours.
And if you start feeling like “ugh, this is taking too long,” start incorporating a new affirmation into your loop like:
“I always manifest so quickly.”
“My manifestations show up fast.”
“Everything always works out for me.”
Because it literally doesn’t matter whether your manifestation shows up on the 4th day, the 7th, or even the 12th. What matters is that it will show up no matter what as long as you persist without wavering.
You’re not being tested. You’re not doing it wrong.
🚨 When to Re-Evaluate
Now, if it’s been like… three weeks or more, and you’re still not seeing movement that’s when I’d pause and ask:
- Have I been consistent with my affirmations?
- Am I secretly wavering when I don’t see results?
- Have I been reacting to the 3D instead of ignoring it?
Because sometimes we say we’re affirming, but we’re really affirming once and then doubting the rest of the day.

Your Only Job Is to Persist
Stay consistent.
Repeat your robotic affirmations constantly.
Ignore the 3D.
Refuse to spiral.
Avoid doom scrolling.
