So you want to manifest your SP using scripting? You’re in the right place. Scripting is one of my favorite tools because it helps you lock into the version of you that already has your desire. It’s simple, fun, and super effective when paired with affirmations.
What is scripting?
Scripting is basically journaling as if your desire has already happened. Think of it like writing a diary entry from the version of you that already has the relationship, the love, the attention, or whatever it is you want from your specific person.
Instead of writing what actually happened in your day, you write about your ideal day as if it just happened. It’s like playing pretend but with a purpose. You’re aligning yourself with the end result, which impresses your subconscious mind.
How to script to manifest your SP
Let’s say you haven’t heard from your SP in a while. Or maybe you’re just starting to affirm that you’re in a loving relationship with them. Whatever your situation, scripting is going to help you feel the wish fulfilled.
You open your journal and write something like:
“Today was the best. I woke up to the sweetest good morning text from [SP’s name] telling me how much they love me. We ended up talking all day. He kept saying how much he missed me and how happy he is to be back in my life. I honestly knew this was coming because I’ve been affirming and staying in the end. It feels so good to be in this relationship. Everything is unfolding exactly how I imagined.”
The key here is to write as if it already happened. No wishing, no hoping. Just stating it like a fact. Like this is your life now. That’s it.
How often should you script?
You don’t need to script every day unless it feels fun. You can do it once and reread it often. Or script different scenarios if you enjoy it. Just make sure you’re always writing from the version of you who has what they want. Not from lack.
Pair scripting with affirmations
This is where the real magic happens. Use scripting to get into the feeling and headspace, then use affirmations throughout the day to stay in the state.
Some examples:
- “I’m in a loving relationship with [SP’s name]”
- “They’re always thinking about me”
- “It’s so easy to be loved by them”
- “Everything is always working out for me”
Scripting gets you into the state. Affirming helps you stay there.
What if it feels fake?
It’s okay if it feels weird at first. Your mind just isn’t used to this new story yet. But the more you affirm and script, the more natural it becomes. And the 3D will eventually reflect your new beliefs.
Final thoughts
Scripting isn’t about trying to make something happen. It’s about deciding that it already has. The version of you who has the relationship exists. You’re just stepping into that story through your words and your imagination.
So grab your journal, take a breath, and start writing your new reality. Speak it into existence on paper. You’re not waiting. You’re becoming.
Let me know how it goes.
